I write primarily - but not exclusively - speculative fiction , ranging from short stories to an eight-book series set in a world not unlike Europe - and beyond - in early medieval times. (But no wizards, dragons, elves or unicorns, just humans dealing with the complications of love, war, divided loyalties and the call of home.) I toss out the occasional poem, some even more occasional thoughts about writing in general, and a few peeks at my work-in-progress.
